Breakfast
Variations of fruit or pureed fruits are excellent for breakfast. They are nutritious, filling and natural sugars give you energy to get through the morning.
To make a puree of fruit, cut fruit and place in a pot on the stove with a small amount of water. Cover and simmer until fruit is soft. Now just throw in the blender and add a few drops of fresh lemon to taste. I would also add a little cinnamon
Lunch dinner
For your two main meals important to have low calories but high nutrition. A vegetable puree soup is the answer. This will give you energy for the day and all the nutrients you need.
Cut the vegetables, add about a cup of vegetable broth and cover to simmer until vegetables are tender. Now throw into the blender and spice it with a clove of raw garlic and jalapeno pepper (just a little, because it is very spicy!). I would also add cilantro and a little oil.
